Whether you’re navigating challenges, seeking personal growth, or simply wanting time to connect with your spirit, these sessions are tailored to you.
With a trauma-informed, client-centred, and strengths-based approach, I offer individual and group sessions, as well as creative workshops. These can be experienced in person here in Ballarat and surrounding areas, or online from wherever you are.
