Delivery Locations

ART from SPIRIT ships WORLDWIDE. Postage will be calculated at check-out. If you have any problems please contact Tegan (info@artfromspirit.com).

Postage and Arrival

Physical items will be posted within 1-3 business days, with the exception of custom artwork orders (including Personalised Intuitive Artworks), which will generally be posted within 1-2 weeks (allowing time for your artwork to be created). You will be notified when your item has been posted.

Digital items will be emailed immediately, with the exception of the Intuitive Guidance sessions where you will be emailed a link to download your video recording within 1-2 weeks (allowing for your personalised session to be recorded).

Returns

Physical Products

If you are not happy with your purchase, returns of an unused product are excepted within 14 days.

Once the item is received, a full refund will be issued (excluding postage costs).

Please allow 5-7 days once your return has been received for your refund to be processed. Returned items must be returned unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or they may not be eligible for a refund or may incur an administration fee. ART from SPIRIT cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore an insured and trackable mail service is recommended. In the unlikely event that a product is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, a full refund may not be possible. In this case a partial refund or other arrangement may be agreed to.

Some products are not eligible for return, these will be noted in the product description.

ART from SPIRIT will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities (for example distributors or other retail stores).

Services and Digital Products

Unfortunately due to the nature of services and digital products, ART from SPIRIT is unable to issue a refund for these purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact Tegan (info@artfromspirit.com) to see if an agreeable outcome can be reached.
