Art Therapy and Wellness Services

Individual sessions are a gentle, one-on-one space to connect with yourself and work through whatever you are experiencing.
Together we may use a variety of creative modalities — including painting, pastels, clay, collage, music, guided drawing, or mindfulness — depending on what feels right for you, you can view the different services I offer here.

You don’t need any art experience; I’ll guide you through a process that helps you tune into your inner wisdom and find what you need in the moment.

Sessions are available in-person in Ballarat and surrounds, or online and are delivered at a pace and frequency that feels comfortable for you.
