ART in FOCUS: Strengths
My exhibition Healing from within at Unicorn Lane Gallery on Sturt Street is now open!
I had a wonderful time at my first opening event on Saturday and was excited to share my art and the messages with those that attended! My artwork will be on display until 11 February :D
For the duration of the exhibition I will be highlighting one of the included artworks twice a week to go into more detail the message each artwork carries.

This artwork encourages us to employ our natural strength/abilities/interests into our everyday lives. To expand on our passions. Flow with our strengths, let our gifts shine.
What are your strengths, your natural abilities? Through these you find joy, alignment with what you are here to accomplish. Find ways to incorporate these into your work/hobbies/life. When you incorporate areas that you are drawn to, joy and happiness follow.
Looking back on my time prior to the health issues I experienced, I can see that I was pursuing a future that I ‘thought’ I should do, rather than really listening to what I had to offer and finding ways to employ these strengths. Not only that but really valuing myself and the gifts I have to give, something that it has taken me awhile to clue onto! Now that I both take the time to recognise my strengths and the value I have to share, I have been able to become a healthier and happier me!
