The fourth artwork I would like to share with you from my exhibition Healing from within is ‘CONNECTION’ a soft pastel on board drawing with the accompanying message:
Take the time to connect within, discover that which drives you.
This artwork encourages connection within, to discover what inspires you, what makes you happy, who you are. Connect to all that you are, to accept and love all that you are.
Connect within, discover your passions, interests, what areas bring you joy, excitement. Take steps to employ these in your daily life, allow happiness to shine.
I have enjoyed the process of reconnecting with myself. For many years I was on a path that was not true to me, I didn’t take the time to connect within, or didn’t value what I found when I did as it didn’t match what I thought was expected of me. Having now begun to reacquaint myself with myself! I am healing and growing whilst experiencing joy and happiness from within. Celebrating my gifts and excited to find ways to incorporate these into my everyday life. To rediscover what excites me and draws my interest and to follow these passions. To accept and love what I find when I connect within.
