FREE Short Meditation - Letting Go
With everything going on in the world at present, I wanted to be able to share some peaceful energy to help settle the ourselves and ground us in our body. With this in mind I have recorded a short meditation (about 5 minutes) to help guide you to let go some of the tension, anxiety and fear you may be carrying and just connect to your body for a moment.
