CONNECTING WITHIN: Trust Within
Welcome to this month’s post on Connecting Within, exploring a card each month from my Self-Discovery Inspirational Cards Deck. This month we find ourselves in a very different climate with worldwide fear and uncertainty circulating. The card that has come forward today to help guide and inspire us is ‘Trust Within – Allow your inner self to communicate’.
This week and month ahead we are asked to pay special attention to our inner guide and compass. To do this we need to settle further and deeper in our body. To look past the possible fear, anxiety and worry that we find at the surface when we take a moment of silence to hear our thoughts and sit with our emotions. Although it is good to acknowledge what is coming up for us at this time, this card is asking us to go deeper, to sit for longer, to hold the intent to ‘hear’ our inner voice and guide.
Trust Within is a card with many different avenues to explore, there are elements of strength, of our Will, or listening to your inner self. Today our attention and focus is being brought on the ‘going within’ to connect to our inner self. Going deeper than the surface thoughts and feelings into the stillness and peace at the core of our being. A place within each of us where we can find our internal guide and wisdom, connecting us to our true inner self.
Take some time repeatedly over the month ahead to sit with yourself, holding that intention of going beyond the ‘ego’ and connecting to your core, to listen to your inner self and be guided by the action or inaction you receive.
