Connecting Within - Artworks and Inspirational Messages is a culmination of some of my work created over a 12 month period in 2015.

This self-published book (2016), features 9 of my original artworks together with messages inspiring connection within and letting your true self shine.

Connecting Within is lovely as a focus for reflection, meditation or an inspirational message for your day.

I am very proud of my book Connecting Within, it is a symbol for me of how far I’ve come, proof I now have the confidence and courage to loudly and proudly show who I am and that I have something that’s beautiful and of value to give the world.
